- A Provincial Pharmacy Enterprise by Virtue of Executive Order No. 73, S. 2005, BLC is a pilot project which was conceptualized with the prime purposes of providing quality drugs, medicines, medical supplies and other related items necessary for the health care services and hospital operations, that are affordable, available and accessible at all times. To extend similar services to the Local Government Units, Non Government Organizations, other Private Institutions and the Buying Community. The peculiarity of BLC is its being an income generating pharmacy business venture towards self-reliability, self sustainability, self supporting and viable economic enterprise of the province.
