Botika ng Lalawigan ng Cavite (BLC) is a pilot project spearheaded by Governor, Ayong S. Maliksi, as a service to the community and to the people of Cavite. BLC Operations is led by Atty. Doris J. Ensomo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The BLC Administration Building is located at the Provincial Hospital Compound, Brgy Luciano, Trece Martirez, Cavite, Philippines and managed by Mami B. Pangilinan, General Manager and Chief Pharmacist.

BLC, with the battle cry "Gamot na Mabisa Sa Presyong Mababa!", was able to take off on February 28, 2006 thru Executive Order series of 2005 which was subsequently ratified by the Provincial Board, and is engaged into two (2) major operations: the retail and the wholesale.

Retail operation is being facilitated under direct supervision of Angust Y. Juntura, a Registered Pharmacist thru the BLC Central Pharmacy located at the Korea-Philippines Friendship Project (KPFP) building, provincial hospital compound. The operation is open twenty four hours (24) a day, seven days (7) a week. Continuous cycle of operation is always ensured to provide all clients with affordable, accessible and available quality drugs and medicines at all times which is the main purpose of establishing the project.

Wholesale operation is facilitated under direct supervision of Laarni I. Bertulano, also a Registered Pharmacist thru its warehouse located inside the PHO compound. BLC Warehouse is open to all institutions, government and non-government owned, that are engaged in pharmaceutical and health services operations who would like to avail of the much lower price being offered thereat.
